Declarations and agreements
Extra Mile Driving School may terminate this contract if the student violates school policies, engages in unsafe behavior, fails to make required payments, or in any circumstance where continuation of training is deemed inappropriate by the school. Any eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with the Refund Policy published on the school website.
The student agrees to discharge all liabilities of Extra Mile Driving School towards them.
I certify that the information provided is accurate and consent to its release to the Ministry of Transportation, Insurance Bureau of Canada, and an auditing firm retained by the Ministry when required for program administration or audit. I have read, understood and agree to the Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy , including the termination, refund and liability provisions stated above. I consent to using the electronic signatures below and confirm that they represent the named signers and will appear beneath both the information declaration and school policy agreement in the PDF.
